Refund policy

I’m happy to be flexible when I can. Unworn, non-custom jewelry in its original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Any custom order, including nameplates, lace locks, and other personalized pieces, is not eligible for a refund or store credit after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
